These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all auto detailing services provided by Gleam Car Plus (“Company”) to its customers. They govern the rights and responsibilities of both parties from initial booking through completion of all services. Conflicting terms from the client are only valid if expressly confirmed in writing by the Company.
All service offers are non-binding until confirmed in writing (email or SMS) or through an online booking confirmation. Details regarding the type of detailing package, pricing, and schedule will be outlined in the confirmation.

Any service extensions or add-ons must be agreed upon separately and confirmed before work begins.
Prices are displayed on our website or quoted individually. All prices are in Canadian Dollars and exclude GST/HST unless otherwise stated. Payments can be made by card or e-transfer upon completion of service.
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please note:
Gleam Car Plus is liable for damage caused by gross negligence. Liability for minor scratches or pre-existing defects is excluded. Customers are advised to disclose vehicle sensitivities or known issues during booking.
We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy, including name, contact information, and service history, to deliver and improve our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oakville, Ontario.
